Profits to Paradise is a focused sales effort of sponsored products to help push more cases of product through the distribution system for a 9-week period. The goal is to increase year over year sales and end 2022 with increased profits for Core-Mark Sacramento and Hayward, its partnering manufacturers and our participating retailers. Everyone wins!

Profits to Paradise has proven to create excitement around the sponsored items, further building relationships and loyalty between Core-Mark retailers and our manufacturer partners.
​
Core-Mark's entire sales force, merchandising, purchasing, and all management personnel MUST be dedicated to moving more of the sponsored products to show a return on investment for our manufacturer partners.

HOW the promotion WORKS
PROMOTION PERIOD
October 1, 2022 - November 30, 2022

Core-Mark Sacramento/Hayward and participating manufacturers are offering customers a unique opportunity to win a trip for two to Cancun, Mexico through our Profits to Paradise Program.
​

The Profits to Paradise Program will run from October 1 - November 30, 2022.
​

Each item in the Profits to Paradise Order Guide has an assigned point value, based on the participating manufacturer's partnership level.
​​

Points are awarded based on weekly purchases from the Profits to Paradise Order Guide. The number of points/entries earned each week will be based on products shipped.

Customers will earn one raffle entry for every 1,500 points collected. Points will reset every week.
​

​Customers simply order participating items from the Profits to Paradise Order Guide during the promotional period (October 1 - November 30, 2022). Your purchases will earn points based on the item's point value for every dollar spent. Points can turn into raffle entries and raffle entries can earn you chances to win a trip!
​

You can also earn points by purchasing any of our participating manufacturer items that may be featured in the October/November Promo Power and/or Core Connection. These items will earn you the same point value for their partnership level listed in the Profits to Paradise Order Guide.

Trips will be awarded to customers weekly beginning with sales October 1, 2022 and ending November 30, 2022. The first drawing will be October 17, 2022, then each week thereafter.

BONUS PAGES
Many of our manufacturers partner with Core-Mark through our corporate programs, such as Smart Stock, Fresh Selections Cooler, Frozen Pantry and other Food Service initiatives. Profits to Paradise will maximize the customers efforts to win by awarding bonus points and instant entries for placing corporate MVE racks, ice cream bunkers, fresh coolers, coffee programs, PDI and more.

How to win
You must register to win!

Customer entries for the weekly drawings will be based on a point system. Each item included in the Profits to Paradise Order Guide is assigned a point value. Items featured in the October/November Promo Power and Core Connection from our participating manufacturers will also have an assigned point value based on the participating manufacturer's selected partnership level (Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze). Customers will receive one (1) entry for every 1,500 points earned from shipped items. Entries will be included in the weekly drawing for a chance to win a trip. The more entries a customer receives will increase their chance to win a trip! Points will reset each week. In addition to earning points on featured items in the Order Guide, customers can earn Bonus entries and/or points for a variety of marketing initiatives featured on the Bonus Pages of the Order Guide.

You must register to win!

Only purchases and delivery of items in the Order Guide, Promo Power, Core Connection, limited time offer deals, and any other advertisements that specifically communicate the inclusion of the Profits to Paradise Program are eligible towards winning the trip for two to Cancun, Mexico.

All trips must be taken at the designated date and time. Cash value cannot be substituted for a trip.
​
Trip winners will be announced every week, starting October 17, 2022. The store owner has seven (7) days to confirm acceptance of the grand prize by completing a traveler information form and submitting it on-line, or otherwise directed. If the store owner does not confirm acceptance of the prize, Core-Mark may draw another winner in place of the unconfirmed winner/store. Final traveler information will be due at a specified time, which will be communicated at the time the winning customer confirms their prize. If the winner requests a change in traveler information after the specified deadline, the winner may be responsible for any additional fees incurred by the travel agency, airline, and/or resort.

Passengers are responsible to ensure that they have all proper documents for entry. All names on documents must match the legal name on your government issued photo I.D., and travel document information must match tickets. A valid passport is required to enter Mexico and verify that your passport is valid for at least six (6) months after your intended return date. Please check the State Department website at https://travel.state.gov/content/travel.html for up-to-date information. Failure to comply with these regulations may result in denied boarding, denied entry, and/or government imposed fines.

Exquisite Travel and Core-Mark International shall not be responsible for any loss, accident, injury, delay, defect, omission or irregularity which may occure or be occasioned, whether by reason of any act, negligence or default of any company or person engaged in or responsible for carrying out any of the arrangements, or otherwise in connection therewith.
